Context

Mobile Coach is the leading rule-based chatbot platform for the enterprise. Guide audiences in automated conversations on any channel. Mobile Coach is located in Provo, Utah.

Problem

It's hard to make a purchase decision specially when you haven't try the chatbot that you're buying.

Goal

Allow users to try the chatbot for free on the website.
Allow users to interact with a chatbot via text.

Role

As the only designer in the team, I collaborate with the Product Manager to lead the design process for this project. I collaborated with a Software Developer, a Product Manager and the Founder of the Mobile Coach.

Discovery

A product manager and the founder conducted user interviews for this project. After reviewing phone calls and video interviews it was clear that most user wanted to try the product via the website. It was clear aswell that most user's did not wanted to sign up to the product before trying a chatbot.
